It is finally fall! And I hope it's here to stay! We are enjoying the cooler weather.
Last week we were able to start a fire in our fireplace. This is the first fireplace we've ever had, so it's a new experience all around. We have made a couple of small fires, per the instructions on our fireplace and have enjoyed them both. They are small, but still cozy and warm to sit by. It's so nice to peek your head outside and smell the fireplace burning against the cool, crisp air!
We have also mowed for the first time. We seeded our yard close to a month ago and have been
amazed at how quickly the grass has grown and shaped into a yard! We have lived with ROCKS, mud, weeds and more ROCKS for 6 months, it's SO nice to see GREEN! We have been in our house 7 months yesterday. It was fun to mow and nice to just be mowing in October and not have the task in the hot summer months! However, it seems to need mowing already! Thus it begins!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! Hope you have a special day...and many, many more anniversaries!
Loved seeing your beautiful new yard, adding a perfect touch to your lovely home! I'm sure you do appreciate the grass over rocks and mud! Your fireplace looks great too....will add great warmth to your home....and mowing grass over time will add warmth too! :)
Hope Trevor's first kdg. field trip was fun, "dry" and memorable. Your trip with Cody to the pumpkin patch looked fun too!
Thanks for the update! Love to you all, Aunt Linda
