Libby and Ross got engaged this weekend!! We are all so excited! Ross sent Libby an invitation to "an evening with Ross" for Friday night. The only thing he was was to wear her pretty black dress and be ready at 5:30, he'd take care of the rest. She wondered what he had in store..... He took her out to eat (I forget the place) and then took her to a park area in Springfield around sunset. He presented her with a book he'd made that chronicled their relationship with each other and his love for her. After she looked through the book, he got down on his knee and proposed. She said yes! Unbeknownst to her, Ross had a friend just a few feet from them taking pictures so they'd have the moment on film. He even had some sparkling grape juice (a staple for speical occasions in the Ward family) on hand to toast! They are beyond excited at the thought of spending the rest of their lives together!! Now comes the fun of putting together all thoughts and ideas for a wedding. We are so excited for Libby and Ross!! We know that God works all things together for good for those who love him. Congrats to you both! We love you and welcome to the family Ross!!
