Nathan's younger brother, Eric, got married last Saturday. The wedding was in Ava, MO--just about an hour West of Springfield. Cody was the ringbearer--and proud of it! Nathan and Joe were groomsmen. They all looked so handsome! Since Nathan and Cody were dressed up, I wanted Trevor to be as well and not feel left out, so I wanted to find him a suit. The Lord was so good and had a size 8 suit for $15 at a local consignment sale a few weeks ago! It fit perfectly! Cody HATED trying his tux on at the fitting (the day before the wedding)--which made me a little nervous, knowing he'd have to wear it for quite a while the next day. But, he was ready and willing to put it on Saturday and didn't want to take it off! :o) He did such a good job walking down the isle in both the rehersal and the wedding itself....he was nearly "on the heels" of the best man, so it was hard to get a good picture of him. :o) We enjoyed our weekend away for the wedding. It was fun to stay in the motel with all our other family and friends--made the stay more fun. The boys thoroughly enjoyed playing with their cousins Kaydley and Deric (Joe's kids). The four of them were trying to figure out a way to get to play in each other's motel rooms. :o) Christy and I cut the cakes--they were so good! :o) Eric and Christine had a nice getaway in Branson and are preparing now for Eric to return to Utah for work. Great pix! We almost felt like we were there. Two handsome young boys. Love to see them all spiffed up! Now all of the big Herndon guys are married! They are all handsome "young" men too!
