Asleep on the job....

Cody likes to stay up. Every night, we put him to bed and without fail he will get up, out of bed and either collect toys to play with in bed or he will slowly make his way down the hallway to daringly peek in on Nathan and I in the living room. We are usually watcing TV...it's our one time of the day to watch "non-kid" TV. :0) We have endured this "habit" of Cody's for over a year I'm sure. Most of the time, he will get up and go back to his room...no problem. And, if he's up playing, he will get tired and go to sleep on his own. Halloween night, we put him to bed, expecting him to be so tired from his eventful day and all the running he did that night, he'd fall right asleep. He did fall alseep.....only not in his bed. As we got up to go to bed, we found him in the hallway, sound asleep, covered in a blanket (he was using as a "shield" or "disguise" so we wouldn't see him). As Nathan put him back into bed, we also noticed a faint glow coming from the leg of his footed jammies.....it was his glow stick he'd had for trick-or-treating. :o)
