Ahoy Mateys

Once again, the request to dress up was made. This time the inspiration was pirates.....from a Max and Ruby cartoon, where Max the Bunny is pretending to be a pirate. Cody can't seem to sit and watch things these days because the urge to act out what he's watching is too strong. I'm surprised he remembered that we even had some pirate gear. I bought stuff --and borrowed from my 80's clothing--for a pirate costume for Trevor in preschool a couple of years ago. He opted to be something else that year. So, I kept it and Cody has put part of it on before, but today he requested it again. The strap on the eye patch had to be stapled back on, and it only lasted about 15 mintues before it was broken again. AAAARRRRRRGGGGG........
