Gingerbread houses

Well....technically not "gingerbread"....graham crackers and frosting, but still a house. This is the second year we've done this...the boys had such a good time last year that I thought we'd make a tradition out of it. We make our gingerbread houses from graham crackers and vanilla cake frosting and whatever candy we want to use to decorate. I don't need to tell you that more frosting and candy gets consumed than used on the houses, but that's all in the fun of it! The boys had a good time this year, but didn't get into it as much as last year. (Of course, last year, we made our houses by lantern as we were on the tail end of an ice storm that left us w/o power). We still have some supplies left....we may have to build some again!
